SAMVRITHA

“Harish,what makes you so much  fascinated in Samvritha?”

The oft repeated question since I became a diehard  fan of her,till today.My reply to their queries goes on like this:

“Her cute face,long hair,physical appearance and her fantatstic teeth.”

I don’t know the very moment in which I became her fan.I hate her when I saw her for the first time in ‘Rasikan’.But the hatred progressively grew into admiration.Her movie ‘Cocktail’ made me a die hard fan of her.

The admiration was beyond words…..It made me mad enough to put up her photo as my facebook profile picture.And then it became my hobby to upload atleast ten of her pictures,well it’s an average estimation,on my FB.I had even created a page for her titled ‘Samvritha Sunil Fan’s Page’.[It’s a record !!The page has got 200+ likes.].Then my major hobby was to steal her stills from her official page and post it under the banner of my page.But there will be many viewers and like for the same……Poor fellows!!!

Then came a notion between my classmates.”Harish,are you in love with her?”

“Yes, I’m”.I replied(remember I was just joking).

Soon it reached my teacher’s ears too.

“Miss,Harish says he wants to marry Samvritha Sunil”; an annoying comment from the ‘radio mango’ of our 9B class,Divine Reji.

Teacher then smiled and replied:

“Harish,adoption of child will be a problem on future.So think over it.”

“May God bless you for your longsightedness maam”;this was my apparent reply.

That news came like a bombshell.Samvritha was getting married.Naturally there were heated discussions among my friends.

“Oh God!How  could he bear this?”

I was preparing for the nineth standard annual exam.For the last three hours, I had been struggling to finish my social sciences.But it was just like pulling teeth and the horrible part was there were three more chapters left.I just went through TV channels.Suddenly my eyes got into ‘Chandrolsavam’ which was playing in Asianet movies,sorry Asianet plus{Asianet movies was launched when I was in tenth.}.Samvritha does a cameo in it.There are only a small  sequences for her,the camera hardly focuses her face.I was angry partly with the director of the film and with Asianet Plus for lenghty advertisements.

Oh my God!It was 5pm….I need to combat with my three lessons……

Pardon me..I forgot the chronological sequence of this event which took place on the christmas eve.

‘Samvritha Sunil coming on DEAL OR NO DEAL.Don’t miss it.’

I posted in FB.A few mintues later,comments were posted….

Akshay Menon   :Nonsense! Who wants to see your Samvritha?

Harish                  :Experts want to see her.

Akshay Menon   :Perhaps may be the dentist,to study her abnormal dental  

                                pattern.

I couldn’t bear this insult….Hmmm…..

This happened during my life in tenth standard in which I was paying attention to Ms.Shieny’s  social science class.She was the only teacher to laugh me at my mad fascination towards Samvritha.

“Harish, Samvritha is engaged.”she said.

“So what?I knew it.”this was I wanted to say.

“Don’t make us watch you singing ‘Maanasa myne varooo…..’”

The class burst into a laughter.

I kept a paper cutting of Samvritha’s photograph with Fahad Fazil inside my social science text.It was,unfortunately,Ms.Shieny’s  hour.

“Oops!I forgot my text”.Immediately she took mine.

That was a terrible moment,as she got the paper cutting and in no time she tore that into pieces.It was like tearing apart my heart itself.(sounds funny,right?).

NOVEMBER 1,2012 THE DOOMS DAY

SAMVRITHA SUNIL BECAME SAMVRITHA AKHIL.

At the end of my tenth standard, my authographs was filled with such statements:

‘May you get a girl like Samvritha as your life partner.’

‘Go for the other job rather than becoming her husband’s enemy.’

‘I will tell Samvritha that there is a heart core fan for you.’

It was too hard for me to convince them that I admired her not loved her.It was since three years I missed her.

Now I’m at Sacred Heart college for BSC.Physics.It was during the second day of orientation,I met Tony Thomas,a smart guy.

“What made you to choose this college?”he asked.

“Samvritha……She had footed in this college for the shoot of ‘Chocolate’ and ‘Cocktail’”.This was my planned reply.

But I said,”As I knew this is the best college in Kerala.”

But somehow I revealed him that I am a Samvritha fan……It was 1pm,recess time.

“Harish, I’ve got a surprise for you.” Tony said pointing to a girl

“Oh my God,I can’t believe my eyes!!!!”.She resembled Samvritha in appearance.Tony met her two years before in this college,when he came for participating in INSPIRE camp.That was such a pretty surprise.What added spice to that was she was our super senior.

So far I had made no encounter with that Samvritha chechi.

I’m about to wind up my story.But I’ll come back with the sequel soon after my  meeting with her.
